Senior Policy Administrator

Job description

A Meath based client of ours is looking to fill their 12-month contract position. The role is based near Navan and is looking for someone who has at least 3 years experience in Financial Services. You will report to the Policy Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Administrating of Portfolio Bond in agreement with policy standards
  • Processing Deed of Assignment and Regular Withdrawal requests
  • Ensuring all reports, performance indicators etc. are updated via specified systems
  • Building and maintaining relationship with clients and stakeholder
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to adapt to roles when needed   

To be considered for the role you must have the following;  

  • A related third level degree
  • Working knowledge of Compliance and AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Flexibility and dynamic to work across various teams and sizes of teams
  • Previous experience in an administration role within financial services sector would deem favourable
