Job description

Who

A leading medical device company with around 3500 employees in their Galway site who are dedicated to innovation that helps their patients. What

They are looking for a talented technician with a level 7 degree and 2 years or more experience in medical devices to help with investigations stemming from customer complaints.

 

This person will have the following responsibilities:

  • Complete analysis on returned products and update the Global Complaints System with your findings.
  • Complete decontamination of returned product.
  • Support the quality engineering team in the investigations.
  • Work cross functionally with R&D and Design Assurance through your findings.
