With lots of new EMEA Customers, we now need Customer Success Managers to maintain a happy and healthy customer base.
As a Customer Success Manager, your ultimate objective is Renewals & Retentions. You will get there through customer account management, relationship management, education and product adoption, qualifying any growth opportunities, quarterly business reviews and ultimately customer satisfaction.

- 2 years + Account Manager / Relationship Manager / Customer Success / Client Success experience
- Knowledge / Passion for Social Media & experience selling to / dealing with CMOs / Marketing Department
- SaaS, Software, Online Sales Experience
- Full Sales Cycle experience a huge bonus - must have experience in working to monthly or quarterly targets
- Drive, Ambition and Hunger - keen to work in a start-up situation
