Customer Liaison (Czech speaking)

Job description

My client a Cork based  company require a Czech speaker

Key duties of the role will include (but not limited to):

  • Provide excellent customer experience through the timely coordination & execution of contracts.
  • This requires monitoring daily operational dashboard to ensure compliance with pre-defined SLAs.
  • Ensure effective distribution of the dashboard across the team.
  • Interact with process owners on financial assessment & payment behaviours.
  • Execute sales order credit release.
  • Support standard customer collection activities.
  • Experience in Sales Force, SAP P2P module, MS Office including Visio an advantage


  • University Degree or NFQ Level 8 essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Service work streams essential
  • Minimum 2 years customer facing experience essential. SAP experience a distinct advantage.
  • Must demonstrate strong telephone communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate
  • Fluency in the Czech language for role is a requirement for this role.
