Junior Service Desk with Spanish (Dublin)

Job description

Junior Service Desk candidates (with Spanish) required for roles in Dublin city centre. You will provide post sales technical support to the USA for our client's software/products including; Service setup, Product Support, Feedback Reports, Product Support Escalation

This role will suit a graduate from an IT related discipline or junior support engineers! Hours of work ar 2pm - 10.30pm, Monday to Friday

You must be fluent in Spanish for this position!

Role responsibilities:

  • Conduct post-sale outbound call campaigns to assist customers with service setup
  • Work closely with US sales group to understand offerings and support new customers
  • Feedback trends from campaigns to Service Desk Manager
  • Identify and clearly document issues requiring escalation, for complex problem resolution and/or product life cycle management
  • Meet/Exceed set outbound campaign targe

Skills required:

  • Pre-sales or post-sales telesales/support experience
  • Passion for mobile technology: smart devices/tablets/mifi etc
  • Experience of configuring operating systems Windows/iOS/Android
  • Basic knowledge of IP networking a distinct advantage
  • Success orientated with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Obsessively customer focused
