Finance Manager SME Dundrum -Pharma

My client based in Dundrum a large SME currently have a requirement for an experienced finance manager. Ideally you will have 4-5 years within a similar role and be available within 1-2 weeks to start a new role- if you have a longer notice period but the right experience also get in touch .
This role will be a key point of contact for companies’ senior leaders and will report directly to the Financial Controller. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running & take responsibility of the finance function for our business. This is a broad, hands-on role

o Reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts
o Reconciliation of Financial Accounts
o Document filing / insuring all documents are maintained and filed for annual audits.
o Liaising with off-site offices in relation to month end accounts and reconciliations.
o Progress to completion of month end management accounts for all group companies.
o Assisting with payroll in all three site locations
o Ensure rigorous enforcement of current documented internal control procedures; ensure all procedures are kept up to date.
o Project work within finance
o Management of finance team

o Qualified Accountant with 5 years + at Finance Manager level
o Staff management a must
o Understanding of ROS with experience of same
o Sage accounts or a similar SME accounting package experience required.
