Logistics Administrator

Job description

My client is looking for a Logistics Administrator in their Mahon based offices.

This role involves a lot of phone and email work as well as maintaining various spreadsheets. The ideal person will have a friendly personality and strong computer skills. You should also be able to prioritise your workload and be able to multitask. The hours are Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm with half an hour for lunch. 

Your day to day duties would include but is not limited to: 

  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Organising transport
  • Checking import/export documents
  • Dealing with clearance agents
  • Handling import licences
  • Dealing with customers
  • Invoicing

Basic Requirements include but are not limited to: 

  • 2 years similar experience in Logistics/Transportation
  • Flexible and friendly 
  • Ideally college graduate
