Located in Dublin City Centre

Salary €30,000

The Portfolio Support Officer will work as part of a team, providing administrative support within this Residential Mortgages team.  

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Process initial credit applications
  • Maintenance of Case files
  • Data processing & maintenance of internal systems
  • Maintaining property / collateral records in line with agreed procedures
  • Maintaining tracking / action logs for individual cases and team portfolio
  • Liaise with other teams on cases as required
  • Process / chasing payments
  • Provide assistance on MI reporting for the division, preparing ad hoc reports and submissions
  • Providing data / information to support requests including Quality Assurance inspections as well as internal & external audit reviews
  • Filing in accordance with filing procedures

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • 3rd level qualification 
  • Knowledge of credit application process (mortgages ideally)
  • Experience of managing & updating CRM systems
  • Experience of loan administration processes & procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent administration details
