Job description

Another exciting opportunity to work for an Engineering/Construction company.

They are currently seeking to hire administrators to join their Dublin west based organisation. These are temp positions

Must drive own car

Responsibilities:

1. Admin Assistant for our Scheduling and Dispatch department, 6-month contract role

a. Schedule works in line with capability, commercial KPI’s and client KPI’s

b. Liaise with operational contacts regarding scheduling issues

c. Ensure all Works identified as requiring traffic management have been passed to the relevant department

d. Handle Customer and Client escalations

e. Liaise with local authorities and customers of GNI

2. Operations Scheduler for our Scheduling and Dispatch department, assignment with duration of approximately 12 weeks

a. Operations scheduler is responsible for planning and scheduling all PE Distribution works in a given regional area

b. Update client systems

c. Ensure communication around programme requirements, stock, road opening licenses

d. Engage with customers to arrange appointments

3. Procurement Administrator, assignment with duration of approximately 12 weeks

a. 1-2 years in a Procurement environment (Construction a plus).

b. Experience of buying systems ideally Oracle

c. An understanding of Supply Chain, Subcontractors and suppliers

d. Raising and managing Purchase orders

e. Facilities management

f. Some other Ad hoc duties
