Office & Accounts Manager | €45k

My client based in Dublin City Centre are currently recruiting for an office manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive office manager experience including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office management, working closely with the directors
  • Co-ordinating financial, administrative and office procedures
  • As accounts manager maintaining the financial and accounting systems in the office, including
    invoicing, cash flow, Sage accounts, Coretime, payroll etc and interacting with clients and our
  • As principal administrator maintaining an efficient and supportive working environment, using
    your interpersonal skills to interface with staff on employment and HR issues.
  • Developing the general management of the practice, including assisting in bid preparation and
    the growth of the business, maintaining calendar and when re-established, updating website
  • Dealing with office supplies, suppliers, creditors etc.


Key Requirements

  • 3 years Office Manager experience
  • Experience doing accounts including payroll
  • Sage experience would be an advantage
