Customer Care Administrator

Job description

Customer Service Administrator will provide day to day operational support to customers by ensuring all inbound calls are responded to promptly and in a professional manner.

Duties will involve

  • All customer calls are responded to efficiently and professionally
  • Update the call management system
  • Resolve customer queries and provide client with advise and guidance
  • Complete additional as hoc project work as required
  • To ensure high leves of customer satisfaction with individual calls

Ideal candidate will have excellent telephone manner, communication skills, written and verbal and have previoulsy worked within a team environment.
