Customer Service Administrator will provide day to day operational support to customers by ensuring all inbound calls are responded to promptly and in a professional manner.
Duties will involve
- All customer calls are responded to efficiently and professionally
- Update the call management system
- Resolve customer queries and provide client with advise and guidance
- Complete additional as hoc project work as required
- To ensure high leves of customer satisfaction with individual calls
Ideal candidate will have excellent telephone manner, communication skills, written and verbal and have previoulsy worked within a team environment.
