What you’ll do 

As a member of the training team you will join us in creating and delivering bespoke, world class training solutions to support Client Services. The focus of the team is to help equip our staff with the knowledge and skills they need to manage the interactions they have with our customers with ease & expertise. Initially the role will be focused on writing and delivering induction style training topics for our front line staff in Dublin, where you will play a key role in supporting a new capability in this location. You will be expected to use your local knowledge and expertise, working closely with the training team, to ensure material caters for cultural differences but provides consistency of service.

 

Your Key Accountabilities

  • To scope, research, construct and deliver innovative training on a range of financial products, services, processes and client service skills that cater for all staff regardless of location
  • Deliver high quality training within the Induction programme for new starters in Dublin
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate continual development workshops, and other project based initiatives to large and small groups
  • To construct and publish bite-size eLearning modules and videos
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery, analyse results and performance improvement and take appropriate action
  • To identify training needs of employees through internal client liaison with Team Leaders and Head of Client Services in Dublin
  • Support team manager to develop training plans for local teams
  • To ensure training records are maintained and kept up to date
  • To ensure suitable training solutions are developed and delivered to support business, regulatory and compliance driven initiatives
  • To work with others to co-ordinate, schedule and administer training solutions / programmes

 

 Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience of delivering training to small and large groups in a customer service environment
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment is preferred
  • eLearning design and production and video development are highly advantageous
  • Proven creative ability to scope, design and project manage learning and development programmes
  • Proven ability to be proactive with a dynamic “can do” attitude and desire to make things happen
  • Confident training, presentation and facilitation skills - TAP©, CIPD© equivalent qualification highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Displays motivation, drive and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver both personal and team goals
  • Ability to use informed judgement in decision making
  • Self-confident, tactful and diplomatic
  • Strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively during pressure periods
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • IAQ / IOC levels 1, 2 and 3 desirable
