  • You will be supporting employees in Italy and France with queries about either holiday allowance, forgotten passwords, access issues.
  • Have a passion Customer services or wanting to gain experience in Dublin, using your French AND Italian skills.
  • Enquiries will be dealt with by phone, chat and email with companies in France and Italy.
  • Updating all systems with details and have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience required
