Role: Depository Supervisor

Salary: €45-€55k DOE

Location: Dublin 2

Your role as Depository Supervisor:

Your role as Depository Supervisor will be required to work both independently and as part of the Depository, team to ensure that the company and its clients are in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your specific responsibilities as Depository Supervisor:

You will prepare monthly compliance and NAV reviews in accordance with the Depositary’s policies and procedures.

You will perform and review daily cash-flow monitoring.

You will liaise with the global sub-custodians, administrators and prime brokers, as required.

You will meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines.

You will develop and maintain strong business relationships with your colleagues.

Participate in new fund launches.

Participate in annual due diligence oversight program of administrators, sub-custodians and AIFM and UCITS managers.

Ad-hoc tasks/projects required.

Requirements: 

5 years+ experience in funds administration and/or depositary focused on NAV preparation and/or performance of compliance reviews.

Detailed knowledge of fund administration systems; SunGard Invest one and Investier.

A third level business or finance degree or professional qualification.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Strong Organizational Skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet strict deadlines.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential.

Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Positive ‘can do’ attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented.

Team player.

Flexible / Adaptable

P.C. proficient, particularly regarding Excel and Word.

Individual must be highly motivated with the ability to progress within a dynamic environment
