Life Assurance Administrator 

€30,000 - Dublin City Centre 

Permanent position with excellent benefits package

Responsibilities and Skills;

  • Interactions with customers & brokers adhering to the companies procedures
  • Administrative duties - ensure information is correctly gathered in order to process requests, examine or calculate proposals, claims or inquiries 
  • Strong customer focus - Resolve customer queries or dissatisfaction to the highest standards
  • Risk Awareness 


  • Minimum APA (LIfe, Pensions)  / QFA (desirable)
  • Customer Service experience 
  • Knowledge of Life and Pension products is an advantage
  • Strong IT skills i.e. Microsoft Office Suite
