Customer Support Agent - Insurance

Job description

Salary: €28,000 - €30,000

A leading pensions and investments company based in Dublin City Centre is seeking to hire a number of Customer Support Agents for their Existing Business team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with all customer queries via phone and email in a timely and efficient manner
  • Carry out administrative work in relation to queries and ensure all documents are processed in line with SLAs
  • Calculate proposals in line with company policies
  • Deal with customer complaints and escalate to supervisor/management team where appropriate

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous knowledge of pensions market
  • APA Life, Pensions and Investments, willing to pursue QFA
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
