Salary: €25,000 - €28,000
A leading provider of specialist services to the asset management industry are seeking a Client Relationship Administrator to join their team in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will be working in line with the business development team carrying administrative support to relationship managers. This will include:
- Looking after all travel and diary management as well as expenses
- Meeting preparation including room set up and client research
- Communicate with clients in relation to upcoming meetings
- Provide administrative assistance in the organising of marketing campaigns
- Assist with production of department reports
The experience and skills required for this role are
- Third level qualification in business or a related subject
- Minimum 6 months administrative experience in financial services (can be obtained through internship)
- Excellent administrative skills and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Genuine interest in working in the funds industry
