Customer Service Executive - Mortgages

Job description

Salary: €35,000 - €45,000

A leading specialist financial services provider based in Dublin 4 is seeking 5 experienced Customer Service Executives to join their team due to rapid expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Review accuracy of financial statements
  • Respond to all customer queries and complaints in a timely manner via phone and email
  • Analyst MARP appeals and prepare reports for Appeals Board
  • Ensure all contact with customer falls within MARP appeals guidelines
  • Monitor and control the reconciliation of funds to customers

Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience in financial services in a mortgage related environment
  • Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and ideally the MARP appeals process
  • APA qualification is desirable but candidates with experience in sector will be considered
