- Answering high volume of calls and answering customer queries
- General administrative duties
- Providing support to teams in other departments
- Build relationships with clients and colleagues in other departments
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 6 months experience working in banking or financial services, preferably in an administrative role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
