Job description

Salary: €23,000

A leading financial services company based in Dublin 4 is seeking to hire a banking administrator.

Duties include:

  • Answering high volume of calls and answering customer queries
  • General administrative duties
  • Providing support to teams in other departments
  • Build relationships with clients and colleagues in other departments

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience working in banking or financial services, preferably in an administrative role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
