Job description

Our client is a specialist on mortgage services sector, managing around 7,000 accounts. They are looking for Customer Service Administrator to join their Mortgage team.

Key responsibility on the job is management all compliance from customers and responding them in proper and professional manners. You will be assisting your manager in reviewing the statements, accuracy of the account.

To be successful in the recruitment process for that job, you’ll need:

  • 3 years of experience working in similar role within financial services with mortgages;
  • APA loans qualifications;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
