Payroll Administrator

Job description

  • Our client a payroll bureau based in Dublin City Centre currently have two opportunities for experienced payroll administrators
  • To provide an effective and efficient payroll service to clients, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of agreed service
  • Respond to requests, queries in a friendly and efficient manner
  • To provide support to the Payroll Team Leader to ensure an excellent quality service to the client base and continuously improve the processes and service provided year on year.
  • Provides statistics for chargeable work to enable effective invoicing
  • Provides and maintains regular data/statistics/reports to the Payroll Team Leader
  • Controls the reconciliation process for client accounts 
  • Experience of processing complex payrolls is essential
  • Sage Micropay experience
  • Experience required in working as part of a team in a fast paced environments.
