Job description

You will work on breaking into new territories within Europe, representing the business and looking to win new clients for our recruitment team.

This is a high-volume, high-energy position which offers a great opportunity to learn about the recruitment industry while also carving out a unique career path. We offer a competitive base salary and the best commission and bonus structure on the market!


Key Duties:


  • Actively identify and win new business across Europe
  • Act as the face of the business in your designated territory, representing the business in initial engagement with potential new clients.
  • Prospect, educate and develop new clients over the phone (cold-call/warm-call) ,to win new business for our recruitment team
  • Clearly follow company KPI’s & work within a process structured environment
  • Collaborate with fellow business development consultants & senior stakeholders to discuss, suggest and implement new business development strategies.




  • 2+ years business development experience
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and confident
  • Experience winning business in foreign & international markets
  • Commercially focused
  • Foreign languages, advantageous but not required
