You will work on breaking into new territories within Europe, representing the business and looking to win new clients for our recruitment team.
This is a high-volume, high-energy position which offers a great opportunity to learn about the recruitment industry while also carving out a unique career path.
- Actively identify and win new business across Europe
- Act as the face of the business in your designated territory, representing the business in initial engagement with potential new clients.
- Prospect, educate and develop new clients over the phone (cold-call/warm-call) ,to win new business for our recruitment team
- Clearly follow company KPI’s & work within a process structured environment
- Collaborate with fellow business development consultants & senior stakeholders to discuss, suggest and implement new business development strategies.
- 2+ years business development experience
- Energetic, enthusiastic and confident
- Experience winning business in foreign & international markets
- Commercially focused
- Foreign languages, advantageous but not required
