Accounts Assistant

Have you some experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar and are looking for the next step, with a little more responsibility and a lot more salary? I have a number of Accounts Assistant jobs at the moment, all based in Dublin and all paying a completive salary - some jobs include fantastic benefits!

Your general day to day as an Accounts Assistant could consist of:

  • Accounts payable and invoice entry.
  • Monthly review of Debtors and Creditor balances.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Expense analysis.
  • Customer invoicing.
  • Supporting the Finance Department by assisting with the monthly accounts and specific deadlines.
  • Preparation of accounts.
  • Accruals, prepayments and intercompany transactions.
  • Maintenance of accuracy of the General Ledger.
  • Vat Returns.

I’m looking for enthusiastic people, with a high attention to detail and great communication skills.

Excel and system skills a big advantage.
