Corporate Receptionist/Administrator

Based in Dublin 2

Duties will involve:

  • Manage reception and co-ordinate boardroom bookings
  • Greeting all visitors to the office in a friendly & professional manner
  • Managing documentation and filling system
  • Order stationery
  • Organise lunch.refreshments for meeting as required
  • Organise couriers, manage and tract deliveries
  • Accurately record and distribute telephone messages

Ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment.  Must have a strong administration background alongside exellent interpersonal skills.
