Based in Dublin 2
Duties will involve:
- Manage reception and co-ordinate boardroom bookings
- Greeting all visitors to the office in a friendly & professional manner
- Managing documentation and filling system
- Order stationery
- Organise lunch.refreshments for meeting as required
- Organise couriers, manage and tract deliveries
- Accurately record and distribute telephone messages
Ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment. Must have a strong administration background alongside exellent interpersonal skills.
