Sigmar Recruitment have a number of exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives (French Speaking) to work with our market-leading client in Limerick. These roles are permanent, offering an attractive salary and an immediate start.

 

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provision of exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Support customers across the globe at major events
  • Maintain a good balance between productivity and providing a high quality service at all times
  • Outline and raise opportunities for process improvements internally as appropriate
  • Liaise with multiple departments to resolve any issues or queries

 

Candidate Specification:

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Good team player
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to solve problems in a professional and efficient manner
