About the Job

  • You will be dealing with clients via mainly written support – emails and online chat
  • Dealing with social media campaigns
  • You will be supporting bugs
  • Assisting with invoicing
  • Working with client advertising platforms
  • Analysing client situations
  • Becoming familiar with company products so as to educate clients on them
  • Other administration duties
  • Working Hours 7am to 4pm and 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday
  • Starting 24th October


Experience required

  • Written and spoken fluent Norwegian
  • Written and spoken fluent English
  • Experience in online advertising
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Product knowledge or pre sales experience a strong advantage
