Fluent German Accounts Administrator (F/T or P/T)

Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Contract type: 12 month contract (potential to become permanent)

Hours: Full time or part time hours can be offered for this position

Start date: Early December 2018

A global company based in Galway is seeking an accounts/billing administrator with fluent German to manage the billing function for several international legal entities. This is a 12-month contract with great potential to become a permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer billing process for several European entities
  • Implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Handling all customer queries
  • Assisting with the review and resolution of aging AR balances
  • Reviewing all documentation related to sales
  • Assisting with various accounting related projects

 

Key requirements of the accounts administrator

  • A professional accounting qualification within a multi-currency organisation
  • Fluent verbal and written German is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
  • Strong MS office skills particularly Excel
  • Experience with an ERP system (SAP Business one)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet all deadlines set
