Senior Secretarial Assistant – (Contract)

Core daily tasks will include:
- Professional and comprehensive diary management and file management
- Assist with event management and organise travel and accommodation arrangements
- Be the main point of contact for all queries and liaise with all relevant internal departments
- Secretarial duties – typing, minute taking, filing reports
- Analysing and extraction of data through systems
Qualifications and Experience required:
Candidates must hold a Leaving Certificate, or equivalent
Secretarial qualification (NFQ level 5) and have at least five years’ relevant experience in a computerised office environment.
Proficient in MS Office
