Senior Secretarial Assistant –  (Contract)

Core daily tasks will include:

  • Professional and comprehensive diary management and file management
  • Assist with event management and organise travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Be the main point of contact for all queries and liaise with all relevant internal departments
  • Secretarial duties – typing, minute taking, filing reports
  • Analysing and extraction of data through systems

Qualifications and Experience required:
Candidates must hold a Leaving Certificate, or equivalent
Secretarial qualification (NFQ level 5) and have at least five years’ relevant experience in a computerised office environment.
Proficient in MS Office
