A huge multinational company are looking for French speakers to join them on a permanent basis to work within their Customer Service team on a global project.
In this role, you will be dealing with queries about deliveries, the website, refunds and any other information required.
You will be using a database to store the query and be able to resolve the call, email or chat in the best way possible.
For this role, you will need to be able to speak, read and write French as you will have to deal with a variety of questions. You must also have excellent attention to detail and be used to working as a team to hit deadlines.
Salary for this position is €25,000k plus a performance related bonus, plus amazing benefits. You will have to be prepared to work rotational shifts, as well as weekends but you will only be working 40 hours per week.
