My client a Cork based Pharma company require 3 Financial Assistants.
The successful applicant will provide support in Purchase to Pay activities (P2P).
Are you Diploma/Degree qualified with 2 years P2P experience looking to further you career ?
This may be an ideal role for you within an award winning company.
Some of the requirements I'd need to see in a CV are :
- Understanding of Vendor creation & PO' numbers.
- Budget tracking & an ability to resolve issues ie. rejected invoices.
- Fundamental understanding of legal & financial requirements
- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks & deliverables.
- Expereince in a continious improvement environment
- Outstanding communicator & comfortable in a team & a problem solver.
- Bi-Lingual. The ability to speak a second language fluently is a must.
Ability to handle complexity & utilize analytical skills, with attention to detail.
