We are delighted to bring a new and exciting opportunity to the market for a Head of HR role within a growing highly regulated organisation based on the outskirts of Dublin. This is a new position to the company and has come about due to future growth plans both organic and through acquisitions.
The role will be responsible for creating and implementing the people strategy for the company for the coming years whilst being accountable for the general HR operations and training departments. Employee engagement and maintaining the culture of the company are key aspects of this role.
Applicants for this role require 10 years HR experience with a minimum of a HR related degree and ideally be a member of CIPD. The successful person will be able to demonstrate energy and drive along with a track record in developing a HR strategy for a large company. Great opportunity for someone ready to take a step up in their career and make their mark in a new role.
