Administrator and Accounts Assistant, Dublin 16
Our client based in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16, is seeking an Administrator and Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Essential requirements for the Administrator and Accounts Assistant:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of Excel (V-Lookups and Pivot Tables)
- Can work to strict deadlines
- Experience working as part of an accounts team
- Reception and Administration duties
- General Accounts Administration - Raising Purchase Orders and allocating receipts
- Credit Control
- Facilities Coordination - liaising with the management company and ordering office supplies
Own access to a vehicle and full drivers licence would be an advantage.
The salary for the role of Administrator and Accounts Assistant this role is in the region of €30,000 with an available performance bonus.
