You will be a part of a German IT Web Support multilingual client-facing team in Dublin. The Team will be working onsite and alongside internal teams for an online multinational company.
- Ability to “read and understand” Web programming languages
- Must be able to speak fluent German
- Troubleshooting skills
- Technologically capable to quickly learn customer service software applications and process customer implementations that do not necessarily follow a standard template/process
- Strong communication and support skills
