Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provision of exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Support customers across the globe at major events
- Maintain a good balance between productivity and providing a high quality service at all times
- Outline and raise opportunities for process improvements internally as appropriate
- Liaise with multiple departments to resolve any issues or queries
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Fluency in English PLUS one of the above listed languages
- Good team player
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to solve problems in a professional and efficient manner
