Leading Financial Services company are seeking to hire a Front of office receptionist to meet and greet visitors and manage telephone calls.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the reception area and for all relevant administration duties such as managing the meeting rooms schedule, manage stationary orders and process deliveries and other general adhoc administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly efficient and self-motivated. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
