Job description

My client is looking for a customer service agent to work in their Global Business Solutions Centre based in East Cork. This is an entry-level job however previous customer service experience is preferred.

Your job title would be as a Medical Information Agent and you would be responsible for professionally responding to medical/pharmaceutical inquiries from Health Care Providers (HCP), patients and other customers.

You would be expected to carefully listen to customer needs and respond accordingly to ensure customers had a positive customer experience. You are also responsible for documenting all customer interactions in the appropriate computer system. The customer queries are received either by telephone, email or web chat. 


  • Bachelors degree with relevant customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish language. Italian or Portuguese as the second language would be an advantage.
  • Business experience such as medical sales representative will also be considered.
  • Excellent active listening skills
