Job description

Do you speak, read and write German? Do you pride yourself on excellent Customer Servcie and want to work on behalf of a multinational company for a worldwide sports brand?

You need to be able to communicate in German C1 level or above.

Providing Customer service on inbound calls regarding questions on deliveries, pricing, order tracking.

Troubleshooting and website issues. 

Excellent benefits, relocation support available and must be flexible with working times and days. 

€22k + bonus
