Job Title: Technical Support Associate (Spanish speaking)
Contract type: 12 month contract
Location: Galway City
Reporting into: Technical Team Lead
Our client has Technical Support Centres based globally and this role is based within their offices in Galway City.
This Galway location deals with queries and complaints from clients (Commercial Organisations) and Distributors throughout Europe and the Middle East.
The successful applicant will provide good quality customer service in the support of the full range of our client’s products (Medical Technology products). This will be via telephone and e-mail support.
Duties will also include providing 1st level technical support for both UK and ROI customers and Distributors.
The successful applicant will be capable of providing excellent customer support with challenging technical complaints.
Experience in Trouble shooting/Technical query handling essential.
Communicate technical knowledge to both customers and colleagues as necessary.
Time management and organisation skills
Great communication skills including a pleasant, polite and outgoing telephone manner.
