e-Training Sales Rep
Working with a global company who are actively looking to recruit a Solutions Sales Rep. with a L&D background/e-learning industry experience to join their team.
The successful candidate will grow the business
• Manage and close high-level business deals
• Peak interest and drive understanding of their solutions
• Translating diverse client requirements into a deliverable solution.
• Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
• Close new business consistently at or above quota level
• Be proactive about solving problems
• Provide clear, concise and accurate daily input to the company CRM system.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning and Development sector
• Passionate about finding the right solutions for our clients
• 4+ years’ experience in Client Facing roles within the Learning Industry is a must
• Ability to establish and maintain strong Client and team relationships
• Persistent, resilient and absolutely sales focussed
• Outstanding presentation, communication and listening skills
