Customer Service Administrator – Mortgage Arrears Unit

x 3 Permanent Positions

Location: Dublin 4

A well-known Mortgage Servicing organisation is looking to hire 3 Customer Service Administrators.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing Subject Access Requests under the Data Protection Legislation
  • Quality Assurance for all customer and 3rd party correspondence
  • Ensuring that all outgoing mail is addressed appropriately
  • Ensuring all calls are answered within SLA’s
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Essential Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience in Customer Service within Banking or Mortgage operations;
  • Fluency in English; Must be meticulous with spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Good Excel skills;
  • Must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland / EU; Minimum Stamp 4 Visa is required;

Desired (Not Essential) Requirements:

  • QFA or APA qualified;
  • Experience with Mortgage Arrears;
