Supply Chain Planning Manager II

Job description


  • You will lead the rapid response process team, developing key knowledge on the planning and continuous improvements processes while also working closely with the materials director and business process leads to reduce planning cycle times, costs and to ultimately optimize working capital
  • Drive the development, testing and implementation of enhanced processes
  • Establish a continuous improvement mentality for the supply chain division with an emphasis on internal Quality Policy, Quality System and regulations
  • Identify Operations, Production and Scheduling areas of improvement and get buy in from the broader supply chain team
  • 10% of travel is required where you will look at adopting or implementing broader supply chain process improvements



  • Level 8 degree in supply chain, manufacturing or related field with 7 to 10 years’ experience Materials or production planning or business process improvement
  • Must have more than 5 years’ experience in people management and experience with SAP MRP and advanced supply chain planning software
  • MBA or APICS certification are desired
