Excellent PA job opportunity with one of the worlds’ leading international banking organisations. They are based in the City Centre in one of Dublin’s most modern buildings in one of the most sought-after work locations.
This assignment is an 11-month temporary contract.
Duties of the job include:
• Personal Assistant to a Global Head
• Diary Management
• Email Correspondence
• Minute taking
• Preparing presentations
• Travel coordination
Applicants require a minimum of 4 years PA experience, ideally within Financial Services. Confidentiality, attention to detail and then ability to prioritise busy workloads are key elements to this role.
