Job description

A leading technology and services provider is seeking to expand their customer support and content review team. This team will be supporting a maps platform with 1 billion users each month. Our client is looking for a Norwegian speaker who have lived in Norway to increase their team.

You will be working in a multi-lingual and multi-national environment reviewing entries on the map system and contacting business owners to verify information and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and the ability to give proactive customer service.

Requirements:

-Bachelors level 8 degree or equivalent professional experience.

-Available to work full time

-Fluent in Norwegian.

-Have lived in Norway for at least a year. (those who have completed an erasmus will also be considered)

-Business level English.

-Strong attention to detail.

-Professional phone manner when talking to customers.

-Can be accountable in a target-driven environment.

-Thrives in a team-centred environment.
