A Dublin city client is looking for an additional member to join their mortgages team.
The successful candidate will have a few years’ experience in Mortgage Portfolio Administration and will be a fantastic multi tasker. As well as this they will have worked in a banking environment or have exposure to brokerage. The jobholder will also have proven Customer Service skills and will hold either a QFA or APA Loans qualification.
Some duties will include;
Dealing with customers and stakeholders via inbound calls
Acting as administration of residential portfolio
Ensuring all signed off processes are implemented and adhered to
Maintaining and updating portfolio performance to all senior stake holders
