A large Financial Services company is looking for an Accounts Payable administrator to join their team in Dublin City Centre. The role is permanent and offers extensive employee benefits such as Pension contributions and healthcare. Salary competitive at €35,000.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Ensuring compliance of received invoices.
  • Processing od as-hoc payments.
  • Processing of invoices via internal ERP system.
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Role also inclusive of some Accounts receivable functions such as; automated cash allocation, ensuring all cash received is identified and allocated.
  • Processing of Suppliers and Employees’ expenses.

Key Requirements;

  • 1-2 years technical accounts payable and receivable experience.
  • Working knowledge of an ERP system.
  • Finance background desirable.
