I have an exciting opportunity with a Digital Technology Company that provides one of the best services to companies around the globe.
The hourly rate is up to €12.82 per hour and the following increases apply
Monday to Saturday 08:30hrs to 22:00hrs - Basic
Monday to Saturday 22:00hrs to 08:30hrs - Basic + 15%
Sunday 08:30hrs to 22:00hrs - Basic + 25%
Sunday 00:01hrs to 08:30hrs and 22:00 to 00:00hrs - Basic + 25% + 15% (Overtime is paid time and a half)
Have customer relationship-building skills at frontline level
Naturally and effectively build relationships and resolve disputes across geographies and cultures with ease
Ability to use technology systems accurately and effectively to update customer records and comply to automated workflows
You have 2 or more years’ experience in a customer service role
Appropriate education and skills to be suitably equipped to understand business terms, operation environments, and delivering exceptional service
You are available to work the night shift from Monday to Sunday.
