Team Administrator/Persaonal Assistant

Based in Dublin 2

This role will involve:

  • Diary Management
  • Typing of letters and reports
  • Daily client contact/customer service
  • Running mail merges from database and excel spreadsheets
  • Arranging meetings and travel arrangements
  • Organise and coordiate internal and external events 
  • Binding of reports and ohter documents 
  • Using MS Office daily
