Transition Coordinator

Job description

Another exciting opportunity to work for a company that provides change for global industries.

They are currently seeking to hire a Transition Coordinator to join their Dublin south based operation. Salary - €25k – €30k Location: Dublin 2

Responsibilities

Required:

IT proficient

Highly organized

Good with numbers, data entry and analysis

Keen attention to details

Flexible working attitude

Strong customer focus and communication skills

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate workplace transition projects

Work with the Transition Manager to maintain the Project Control

Manage the preparation and issue of schedules

Liaise with the Client Project Team and key work streams / external service providers

Willingness to travel

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
Previous coordination experience

Experience in taking meeting minutes

Strong presentation skills

Evidence of working independently in an unsupervised role

Applicants require 1 to 4 years’ experience.
