Job description

A leading technology and services provider is seeking to expand their customer support and content review team. This team will be supporting a maps platform with 1 billion users each month. Our client is looking for a Danish speaker who have lived in Denmark to increase their team.

You will be reviewing entries on the map system and contacting business owners to get accurate information on maps. Highly prized skills for the successful candidate for this role are attention to detail and the ability to give proactive customer service.

Requirements:

-Ideally a graduate

-Available to work full time

-Fluent in Danish.

-Have lived in a Danish speaking country for at least a year. (those who have completed an erasmus will also be considered)

-Business level English.

-Strong attention to detail.

-Professional phone manner when talking to customers.

-Can be accountable in a target-driven environment.

-Thrives in a team-centred environment.
